It's quite a long time, since i updated my blog. I was, and still remains busy in my family life.. yeah, happy mom of three now! But i tried to find time to greet you, my readers and visitors a MERRY MERRY CHRISTMAS!

This is a late review since Cowboys and Aliens had its opening last August 10. We have watched it last weekend, but I wasn't able to make a blog of it immediately. I'm not just in the mood to face my laptop and write a post on my website. Days are passing, so I'm blogging from my BlackBerry phone now to post something finally! So much of the explanation, here's a quick review. Well, Daniel Craig as we all know is a great actor, but his acting abilities were not showcased entirely on this movie. Yeah, aliens! But those were the old looks of an extra terrestrials that we used to see when we get to watch an alien movie.. Maybe I'm just looking for something "new" to aliens nowadays. The story wasn't twisted and just made it run along until the end. There's nothing special nor extraordinary about the action and fight scenes, just the powerful bracelet. But it's not as dumb as you would think for a movie. It just didn't made me feel such an awe.

I hate kids that bullies their classmates. I think they need medical attention. My daughter's been a victim of those. Bullies should not go to regular schools. They must have a proper school where all of their kind undergo a different disciplinary approach. I am not an "overprotective" mother. But as a parent, we want our kids to study in a school where they can learn the right values and proper behavior w/o bullies that distracts them from learning. Parents who have bully kids must know that they have a bigger responsibility to discipline their child. It all boils down to the parents.. Bullies are kids "nurtured" by their parents who spoiled them extremely during their toddler years. They are unaware that they are teaching their kids on how to be arrogant and insecure at a very young age. We all love our kids that's why we want to give them almost everything that they wish to have when they were still small. But we have to know that, there are factors that

Rise of The Planet of The Apes is the prequel of the longest running movie franchise, Planet of The Apes. This movie was said to be the opening episode to create a new and different story to offer the audience. Rise of the Planet of the Apes is a 2011 American science fiction film. The film is directed by Rupert Wyatt. It is a reboot of the Planet of the Apes series that will act as a foundation with an origin story for a new film series. Its premise is similar to the fourth film in the original series, Conquest of the Planet of the Apes in 1972, but it is not a direct remake in that it does not fit into that series' continuity.   The movie’s story was clearly presented all through out, but did not gave its audience to think more and get puzzled about, unlike the past episodes. It has a shocking yet interesting ending that implies a potential sequel that must be look forward to. I give 4 STARS for this movie! :) :) :) :)

Captain America has been running in cinemas for over 2 weeks already. This was kinda late for us to watch it, when almost everybody have seen it. Well, as they say, “better late than never..” Part of our movie marathon itinerary, this is the first movie that we watched yesterday. Wow! Where should i begin.. I remember when we watched the first part of HP7 back in November of last year at IMAX. I have also wrote a short review about it that it's not very exciting and a bit boring most of the time. But everything has been paid off after I've watched the part 2, and the most-awaited ending of Harry Potter's adventures that ran for a decade. I was able to watch it on its first schedule on the first regular screening day, hassle-free! Few people were on the cinema because it"s still a weekday and i had the luxury to enjoy it without falling in a long queue or having a hard time looking for a nice seat. It was just a perfect time for me to enjoy the movie! It was just a 2-hour run, fully loaded with adventures, twists and revelations! Last weekend, a former colleague and I had a meet-up to claim my ordered banana cupcakes from her. She bakes for a hobby, and when I learned about it, I asked her to bake one of her recipes for me! I have always liked banana cakes. It’s a simple yet nutritious type of bread/cake which has an aroma that you would crave for. So I gave it a try to order and have it delivered to me. I also want to inspire and support her to start her own cakes and pastries business. I initially ordered for a banana loaf/cake, but she offered me to try the banana cup cake with chocolate chips. It sounds yummier to me, so I told her to push through with it. I ordered 3 boxes, a dozen per box so I could give the other one to my sister. Everyone liked the taste of the slightly toasted banana cupcakes! The texture was soft and the chocolate chips added delicious taste to it. Google+ has been creating a big buzz in the social networking site industry. It's giving more curiosity to all especially to the "tech people" who has been reviewing every social networking sites's features and uses. Google+ is a social networking service, operated by Google Inc. that was launched last June 11, 2011 and still on its "invite-only" testing phase. The following day, existing members were allowed to invite friends through mail, which must be above 18 years of age, who can also create their own accounts. However, this was quickly suspended in a day after there was "insane demand" for accounts. Google+ will be built as a layer that not only integrates different Google social services, such as Google Profiles and Google Buzz , but also introduces many new features including Circles, Hangouts, Sparks and Huddles. In celebration of Rizal's 150th birthday, i made this logo to become my blogsite's background. Jose Rizal was born June 19, 1861 from a rich family in Calamba, Laguna. Their ancestral house is until now preserved, which is one of the tourist spots in the Philippines. He became the greatest hero of our country because of his patriotic love for the Philippines. In celebration of Rizal's Sesquicentennial Birth Anniversary, the City Government of Calamba is erecting a 22 ft (6.7 m). bronze statue (the world's tallest Rizal statue) in front of the 6.7 hectare Calamba City Hall complex. It will be unveiled on June 19, 2011 which is Rizal's 150th birthday by His Excellency Benigno Aquino III, The Philippine President.

My favorite meal of the day is breakfast. Whenever i have a great breakfast, my whole day would be great too. Who does'nt want a hot chocolate drink in the morning? I love hot choco's! And my recently favorite is the Swiss Miss Milk Chocolate. It comes with a value pack, that you can just put over a hot water or milk. This value pack box has 16 sachets that costs around 140 bucks. Not bad for a super delicious hot chocolate! It also comes on different variants; Marshmallow Lovers, Dark Chocolate Sensation, French Vanilla, No Sugar Added and Fat Free. Of course, my favorite wheat bread filling? chocolate again! And that would be Nutella Hazelnut Cocoa spread.. Really perfect on any bread and biscuits as well. The 220-gram jar costs about 200 bucks, but you wont be disappointed with the nutty cocoa taste! Enjoy breakfast! :)

I really love having manicure and pedicure. Of course with the shades of nice colors that brightens my finger nails. I used to have foot spa with manicure and pedicure at F Salon for only 300 bucks. Then i transferred to Nail-a-Holics, tried their very pampering nail services. Their regular manicure pedicure costs 500 bucks, so it's kinda pricey. 1st day of classes has always been exciting for me since i was still studying. But today, i get more excited for my eldest daughter who is now on her 2nd grade in elementary! Here are some of her photo snaps on their 1st day of classes before going to school with her cousin, Emilio. They both go with the same school now.. ;) We were'nt able to take some photos in their school because it was already late, and raining. But the two were very happy meeting new friends from their new school.. ;)

I've watched this movie this weekend, and we were actually been waiting for this movie to be released locally. Super 8 is a science fiction film that tells the story of a group of children who are filming their own Super 8 movie when a train derails, releasing a dangerous presence into their town. And that creature was an alien. I just thought that this was an exciting movie. But most of the time, dull moments kills our excitement. There are a lot of slow moving scenes that kept us hanging but then later on, does'nt give any amusement at all. I think the movie was overrated on their promotional advertisement before. But sadly, it was'nt something to be overwhelmed about. I give 3 STARS for this movie, just for the kids effort. ;)

Oh maaan! If i just have the millions, i would definitely buy these two SUV's! If i win the JACKPOT price in a lottery, this two will be on the top of my lists! Just watched this movie yesterday, and it was a real BLAST! This is the fifth installment of the X-Men film series, which is also a prequel to the other films in the franchise. This will all explain how Professor X and Magneto become who they are having their extraordinary mutant powers. They were actually great friends then, as Charles and Erik fought a powerful mutant, Sebastian Shaw as the leader of the Hellfire Club who wants to take over the world. In the end, everything will be explained how and why they became as who they are now, and how the X-MEN started. The movie is just so great, very entertaining and the special effects are exceptional! If given a chance to have an X-Men power, I would love to be a Telepath too! Just like Professor X and Jean Grey. A simple yet so powerful ability of a mutant! But for now, it's still better to be "normal". An X-MEN fan must watch this! Worth your money, people! I give 5 STARS for this movie! Here's the movie trailer.. Enj

I've actually watched this movie the other weekend, but i will make a brief review about it just now. Kung Fu Panda 2 is of course the secondth installment of the American computer animated action comedy movie which features the voices of Jack Black (Po) and Angelina Jolie (Tigress) The movie tackles the origin and the real family background of Po, which he soon realizes why he became the Dragon Warrior who protects the Valley of Peace. He will soon discover how to bring out the inner peace which Master Shifu has taught him. The movie is very much enjoyable for the kids and adults young at heart as well. Still showing, i give 4 STARS on this movie! :)

My youngest daughter has been hooked from this Spanish animated television series which she accidentally found in YouTube on her iPad. And now, that's where she hangs out most of her time. Well, some would'nt care about these things that i regularly eat. But this is my website, so might as well share what i always crave for.. Yummy eating! some are unhealthy by the way.. :( FOR BREAKFAST: any of these.. What i like about Quaker Oatmeal Fruits and Nuts are the real raisins, apples and pecans inside that makes it more delicious and healthy to eat. Just have to soak it in a boiling water enough to cover everything. Then putting some honey and fresh milk makes it creamier! This is my new favorite for breakfast.
