SUPER TYPHOON PEPENG aka PARMA, an update


i can now feel the presence of "pepeng" in our area here in calamba, philippines. the wind is beginning to slam our curtains and windows. it's starting to feel cold.. and the dark clouds in the sky is forming.. let's all pray that it wont do any major harm specially to the lives of many.

    Thanks for the update, i will try to log here everynow and then to keep me up to date on whats the situation right there in the Philippines these time.
    I know i can watch it in the news, but its a lot faster and even more up to date, if someone like you keep things posted here, few times in a 24 hour period.

    Good to know it skipped Manila and southern tagalog. And yeah....by the way, my folks came from the province of Batangas....close to your place Calamba. Hmmmmmm? Maybe i can give you a surprise visit when i go for a vacation back there....eh?

This is the fourth installment of The Pirates of the Caribbean movie series. As usual, Johnny played his humorous clever type of a pirate who loves adventures and mysteries. In this film, Jack Sparrow was joined by Angelica (Penelope Cruz) who was his imposter in search for the Fountain of Youth. Angelica is Jack's former lover who happens to be the daughter of the ruthless pirate Blackbeard. This man posseses several magical powers, including the ability to shrink other ships down to miniature size and contain them within bottles. Blackbeard forces Jack to join his crew and lead them to the Fountain to circumvent a prophecy that a one-legged man will soon kill Blackbeard. SM City Calamba Grand Opening

It was a TGIF, when SM City Calamba had its grand opening located along the busy road of Real. i remember when i blog about it back in December 21, 2009 where it is still on its first month of construction. I am totally impressed about SM's wikipedia info of its target opening date, which is October of 2010 because they absolutely hit it! Of course, how can i miss that opening? our house is just 5 minutes away from the mall.. though we were'nt able to get our feet stepped in as early, atleast we managed to. ;) The people were so overwhelming, and a huge foot traffic covers all the floors of the mall. It's like we're on a rally or something.. like an Edsa revolution, where we cant barely move as we try to walk around. Worst thing? It took us ages to get a table to eat, because all of the food places were jampacked! customers should even have to wait for the long queue of the restaurants just to have lunch. it's like everybody was there!
