BANANA CUPCAKES!!!



Last weekend, a former colleague and I had a meet-up to claim my ordered banana cupcakes from her. She bakes for a hobby, and when I learned about it, I asked her to bake one of her recipes for me! I have always liked banana cakes. It’s a simple yet nutritious type of bread/cake which has an aroma that you would crave for. So I gave it a try to order and have it delivered to me. I also want to inspire and support her to start her own cakes and pastries business.

I initially ordered for a banana loaf/cake, but she offered me to try the banana cup cake with chocolate chips. It sounds yummier to me, so I told her to push through with it. I ordered 3 boxes, a dozen per box so I could give the other one to my sister.



Everyone liked the taste of the slightly toasted banana cupcakes! The texture was soft and the chocolate chips added delicious taste to it. I just told her to make the sizes be in uniform shapes so it could be ready for commercial. When it comes to the tastes, it’s perfect! It even tasted better than the branded ones.

This is the fourth installment of The Pirates of the Caribbean movie series. As usual, Johnny played his humorous clever type of a pirate who loves adventures and mysteries. In this film, Jack Sparrow was joined by Angelica (Penelope Cruz) who was his imposter in search for the Fountain of Youth. Angelica is Jack's former lover who happens to be the daughter of the ruthless pirate Blackbeard. This man posseses several magical powers, including the ability to shrink other ships down to miniature size and contain them within bottles. SM City Calamba Grand Opening

It was a TGIF, when SM City Calamba had its grand opening located along the busy road of Real. i remember when i blog about it back in December 21, 2009 where it is still on its first month of construction. I am totally impressed about SM's wikipedia info of its target opening date, which is October of 2010 because they absolutely hit it! Of course, how can i miss that opening? our house is just 5 minutes away from the mall.. though we were'nt able to get our feet stepped in as early, atleast we managed to. ;) The people were so overwhelming, and a huge foot traffic covers all the floors of the mall. It's like we're on a rally or something.. like an Edsa revolution, where we cant barely move as we try to walk around. Worst thing? It took us ages to get a table to eat, because all of the food places were jampacked! customers should even have to wait for the long queue of the restaurants just to have lunch. it's like everybody was there!
